Overall the room is air conditioned, brand-new and includes a little balcony and a lounge area. The beds are very clean, the breakfast is good value for money and savoury. The location is remote, next to Alicante on the tram, tram lines which ran till 1.00am and started at 6.00am and Mama Mia restaurant.

Got superior queen room on level 2 when arrived, enjoyed that. The hotel had a remote setting by the mountain side. Plus, it was adjacent to the nearest beaches, Benidorm and Calpe and the outskirts of the city.

The hotel was well priced, it had efficient staff who's level of customer service. The location was perfect and amazing, very close to taxi into marina where the nice restaraunts, the beaches and castles, good value. Besides, it was 20 mins walk from Playa de la Albufereta. The breakfast was good value for money and savoury for very reasonable prices, and all the food was outstanding.

They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Have stayed here many times and will come back. I loved this family-friendly hotel and stayed for 1 night here. All the personnel was exceptionally attentive and absolutely courteous. The venue was placed in the remote location kinda away from everything.

The location is perfect and decent, 2 km from Lucentum. And it's nestled in a very very good building just next door to night life that was in the town and ALICANTE airport. The whole room was neat and fabulous with fresh towels and extra blankets plus balcony. The location was marvellous and fab, 10 min walk from bus station. The hotel was in a local area. The hotel was located within short walking distance to playa de la albufereta and other tourist attractions. No negatives from this place Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Albufereta district definitely deserves exploring:)))
